i needed a reason to practice my bg's XD!
much thanks to ~kheleksul's tutorial on clouds
so i was drawing, and thought, why doesn't he wear a pinstripe suit! little did i know it is quite hard to do... you have to draw the lines (of course) but they're too course and you hafta soften em up, blah, i like it though, worth the effort ^^
